Patrick was the lead copywriter involved in the 2023 launch of a new website for Berlin Patten Ebling — a Southwest Florida law firm specializing in real estate, litigation and estate planning. He collaborated with Grapevine’s design and web development teams, crafting and cleaning up content across all pages and coming up with an innovative homepage navigation based on “who,” “what,” “where,” “when” and “why” – the essential facts attorneys gather for any case.
At the same time, Patrick and the team at Grapevine worked to refresh the firm’s brand through a positioning statement, ad development, social media campaigns, collateral pieces like pocket folders and brochures, a detailed style guide and more. BPE’s print ads and website won silver ADDYs and a best-in-category during the American Advertising Awards hosted by AAF Suncoast.
The full- and half-page print ads, showcased above, were not only meant to be eye-catching and a play on words, but a reiteration of the legal team’s goals of providing a first-class experience for every client. Life’s Biggest Occasions was also used as a strong, bold headline in reference to BPE’s newly-developed positioning statement — “Legal Experts for Life’s Biggest Occasions.”
Patrick also worked with Grapevine’s social media team to develop targeted Facebook and Instagram ads, shown below, promoting the opening of BPE’s office in Bonita Springs. Messaging focused on the firm’s array of practice areas and offerings as a legal resource for real estate agents in the area.
