Patrick, in collaboration with Grapevine’s design team, concepted and created an “agent experience” book for Preferred SHORE Real Estate – a leading luxury brokerage in Florida. Dubbed the Agent Atlas, the glossy 40-page brochure incorporated short, catchy headlines, brief paragraphs of copy and sweeping photos specifically speaking to potential Realtors® seeking the freedom to be their own brand and build a business. The book perfectly captured the sophisticated yet laid-back feel of Preferred SHORE as unique brand in its space.
