Patrick was the lead copywriter involved in the launch of Lee Wetherington Homes’ new, beautiful website, which won a silver ADDY in 2024. He collaborated with Grapevine’s design and web development teams, creating content across all pages and a sitemap leading prospective customers on a journey toward building a truly custom home.
Storytelling was imperative throughout this project, particularly in detailing the longtime local home builder’s legacy on the Suncoast. Each page was thoughtfully worded to align with not only the sharp edges and stunning photography spread across the site, but the tailored customer experience Lee Wetherington Homes has mastered over the years.
